New York trip, continued to be really in NY

The plane ride was easier back into the States was easier than the one over to England, though jet lag was beginning to set in as they flew up near where the cabin was. The horses were in the stable already, but they were driven up since there were more luggage to deal with this time for the longer stay.

Once the car left, and they were inside the place, Kate yawned, and hugged Will.

"Feel like anything? A nap?"

"Don't want it to bother the horses either."

"Will wait then."

He does move to a trot since that's a bit faster and relaxes, he's not as comfortable on a horse perhaps as some but he knows how to ride.

They wouldn't have that far to trot. Maybe a 20 minute ride to where there was a quiet lake, not much bigger than a pond. There was a small sandy beach to enter the water.

"Here we are."

"Tis quite pretty."

He dismounts and offers her a hand.

Kate hopped down carefully, and started to unload the bags from the horses.

"It is, quiet around here too."

Will searches and finds a blanket that he lays on the ground as he finds the towels,

"Go for a swim an then eat?"

"Mm-hmm, be good to work up an appetite." She got out more supplies. There was some shade under the trees, but it was sunny where they are so she fetched out the suntan lotion.

"Hang on, sun's warmer now then in your day, and you'll like this part. We'll need this." She started to switch out of her clothes to reveal her bikini underneath.

He watches her with a smile as he pulls off his shirt and jeans to reveal the simple trunks,

"Oh aye, what's that stuff?"

She paused to admire the view, and then blinked. "...Huh? Oh right, it's suntan lotion. Keep you from getting sunburn."

And with both of them having pale skin, it'll be useful.

"Sunburn, oh aye, that's ne'er good. 'ow does it aid ye?"

He comes over and kisses her, on her neck.

She smiled, "Lie down, and I'll show you. You put it on your skin, and it protects it."

That gets another grin as he takes hold of her waist and flops down on the blanket, hopefully with her on top of him.

She did but then rolled off of him to the side.

"Hey, how I am supposed to put this on you if you're tackling me?"

He pouts a little before laying quietly,

"Wasna tacklin' ye, just gettin' ye close was all."

She smirked, and kissed his pout, "Uh huh, excuses. Now lie down on your stomach like a good boy already."

Once he does, she then straddled herself over him to start rubbing the lotion on his neck, shoulders and back.

He wiggles his butt slightly to be helpful,

"Feels odd, what does it do then?"

"Forms a barrier basically, it's like invisible armor against the sun? Only a lot easier to wear, and this stuff's waterproof too." She lightly smacked his butt, and tickled his sides as she worked her way down his back.

"So after this do I get to put it on ye?"

"That's the idea, uh-huh." She grinned.

"Told you, you'd like this." Once his back was covered, she started putting the lotion on his legs and feet too. Because Will doesn't really need his skin to match his hair.

It feels very nice and he stretches out happily, wiggling his toes for her.

She laughed, and gently tickled and scritched his feet when he did that. She also got the back of his arms.

"All right, turn over. Still have to do the front."

He rolls over with a grin,

"Means get to kiss ye, like that."

"For a moment." So she kissed him before carefully smearing some on his face, and then his neck, shoulders, chest and on the front of his arms and hands.
