New York, spa visit continued

Up in their room, she kissed him back, and remarked, "Well, a place like this is still limited to those who can afford it. Though there's salons of all kinds of prices for people."

She then went to discard her robe and started to change into her dress.

He pulls on the pants and shirt, smiling at the pretty dress,

"Still tis a nice sort o'change is all."

She got her boots, and zipped them up.

"See how the other half lives, hmm?" She then debated on having her hair up. And decided on a headband to secure it back instead with some earrings, and the cross necklace.

Kate then put on some light makeup in shades of purple and mauve, and then sprayed lilac scent on her pulse points.

"You ready to go?"

Once she's dressed, Kate is hugged from behind, Will hasn't put on shoes yet because he likes watching her get dressed and all her little things she does,

"Mmm, aye."

She glanced down at his feet, and cleared her throat, pointing down to his bare toes.

"What about that?"

"Oh shoes aye."

He looks over to the sneakers, his boots and some loafers and grabs his boots.

"Yeah, they're pretty funny about that. Very anti-barefeet."

Socks are being pulled on and Will is leaning on the bed so he can get his boots on properly,

"Aye, ye look lovely."

"Now you're looking handsome."

Luckily he's very quick at lacing his boots up and then he buttons his shirt so that the cross' leather thong is just visible,

"Aught else I need?"

She came over, idly fiddling with his red hair.

"Nope, you're good." One more kiss before they were to head downstairs again.

"Then shall we go to dine, my lady?"

He gives her a bow and offers her his arm.

"Certainly, kind sir," She grinned, and curtsied before accepting his arm.

The pair left the suite, and headed back downstairs toward the restaurant. The place had lots of warm cherry toned wood around, and white curtains with red accents.

Will pulls out her seat once the hostess leads them to a table and he looks down at the menu with a grin,

"Think I recognize most o'these things."

The food was all variations on traditional American fare made with local produce.

With some Asian fusion influence. Kate glanced at the menu as she settled in her seat.

"Good, lot of it sounds good. Want to split an appetizer?"

"Mmm, oh aye an 'rhaps a dessert too. Guess we canna try some wine or beer?"

Kate shook her head, "America, under 21. No, but can have soda or iced tea? Or regular tea? Maybe some dessert too."

"Sounds fair 'nough, 'rhaps some iced tea then, still think its an odd sort o'thing."

He reaches out to snag her hand and give it a squeeze.

"I know, but only have to wait a few more years."

She smiled, and laced her fingers with his. The waiter came back with their drinks, and was ready to take their order.

"You want to order?"

"Oh aye."

Will orders an interesting eggplant appetizer dish to start with, followed by an order of steak before nodding to Kate.

She ordered a chilean sea bass dish, and the waiter smiled and nodded, taking the menus from them and their orders back to the kitchen.

Kate sipped her tea thoughtfully.

"You like it so far here?"

"Aye, I do an like to see ye smile so much. Been too long since felt this good."

She fiddled with her straw as she made eye contact with him, "Don't have anything to worry about. Not getting hit with reminders so much around here."

"'opefully in time those 'minders will be e'en less. Now to get ye to laugh more, might 'ave to keep ticklin' ye."

"Just be careful?" Kate remarked, "Still feel kind of twitchy at times."

"Always, always, love. Ye know I'll always stop if somethin' botherin' ye, can find other things too just miss yer laugh."
